Antonio Altomare was born in
Terlizzi, Italy, on August 1982.
He received the Bsc. and the MSc. degree in Computer Science
Engineering from the Politecnico di Bari, Bari, Italy, in September
2004 and October 2006. From November 2006 to May 2010, he was with
Sintesi SpA, working in the field of industrial automation. Since
January 2011 he is a candidate for PhD degree in Electrical and
Information Engineering at Politecnico di Bari and he’s working with
the Energy Factory Bari research team. His main research interests
regard the control of high speed machines and electrical converters.
Since June 2010 he is a Registered Professional Engineer in Italy.
