Stefano Ettorre was born in Padova,
Italy, on July 1982. He
received the Bsc. and the MSc. degree in Control Systems Engineering
from the Politecnico di Bari, Bari, Italy, in November 2004 and April
2007. From September 2007 to June 2010, he was with Sintesi SpA,
working in the field of industrial automation. He currently is a PhD
student in Electrical and Information Engineering at Politecnico di
Bari and he’s working with the Energy Factory Bari research team. His
main research interests regard the design of high frequency electrical
machines by means of finite elements analysis and computational
intelligence techniques. Since January 2009 he is a Registered
Professional Engineer in Italy.
